First: Compliance with regulations

• The client undertakes several systems in terms of entry and exit to the service delivery program
• The facility is not obligated to provide financial compensation in the event of the client’s absence from the sessions, except for the amount of two sessions for every twenty sessions (for medical facilities).
• If the client is young or has special needs, the family must be present during his discharge without delay, and the facility will not bear the consequences of the delay.
• If movement toys are available for children, children may be exposed to some injuries resulting from rapid or reckless movement
• If there is a formal uniform, the family must adhere to it (for day care centers)
• When a child suffers from medical problems, the family must inform the administration about them
• The facility cannot bear the loss of any client’s medical or personal belongings
• The facility can provide video media coverage with children (for day care centers)
• The visit of the case’s father (for children) or her representative shall be in coordination with the center’s administration according to an organized timetable. She has the right to monitor her son’s behavior via cameras in coordination with the administration. It is also prohibited to wander around the facility and enter the facilities during the visit.
• The center is the one that determines the name of the specialist and the class in which he is trained (for day care centers).
• Communication takes place between the client and the facility or specialist through the methods decided by the facility, especially the daily communication list that displays the daily procedural objectives.
• Adherence to any instructions decided by the center according to emergency circumstances
